Project Creation
We can assist and facilitate design and build solutions for your project engaging from inception to completion. We have connections with reputable design team consultants, including Architects, Structural and Highways Engineers, Acoustic Consultants and the like. Assistance can extend to a projects services design including mechanical, electrical, security and refrigeration installations where required.
We can help you plan, obtain consents and provide regular monitoring updates along a projects journey. -
Quantity Surveying
We can assist with estimation of scheme budgets, assess value engineering solutions, produce financial progress reports including payment valuations / certifications, final account reports incorporating ongoing variations and provisional sum assessments to help manage a smooth construction process.

Project Management
We strive for a client focussed needs and understanding relating to a project, assessing the requirements needed to deliver an optimal scheme. We can coordinate in a multi-disciplinary environment managing a programme implemented by other parties, this may include a varied project team. We can project manage from a schemes inception through to completion, snagging and beyond as required.

Pre-Construction
At the inception of a project we can review all elements relating to a scheme including: scope identification, packages to be procured, management of on-site and off-site surveys / statutory installations, whilst maintaining a design overview including value engineering opportunities.

Party Wall Advice
If you are you planning to carry out any building works near to, adjacent or on your shared boundary, formally known as a ‘party wall’, you may be required to inform your neighbour or neighbours (there could be several) of your plans within two months to a year before works are due to start. We are able to guide you through the process with experienced agents to issue and manage the party wall process.
